In this color wheel project, I explore the vibrant world of color and how we perceive it through both the traditional and CMY color models. The traditional color wheel, based on red, yellow, and blue, contrasts with the CMY model, which uses cyan, magenta, and yellow, revealing the difference between additive and subtractive color theory. Creating this piece in Photoshop was both fun and a bit complicated, as I learned how to manipulate color digitally, blending hues and adjusting for precision. Through this project, I hope my audience will not only appreciate the bold colors but also notice the playful inclusion of my dog, adding a personal touch to the visual experience and inviting reflection on the intricate world of color.
